Qua hình 5, việc xử lý siêu âm cải thiện rất lớn hiệu suất trích ly vitamin C và polyphenol tổng từ trái sơ ri. Với vitamin C chỉ cần 2 phút siêu âm, trong khi với polyphenol thì cần 8 phút siêu âm để đạt hiệu suất trích ly cao nhất. Tại 8 phút thì hiệu suất trích ly vitamin C có xu hướng giảm, nên siêu âm 4-6 phút có thể cho là phù hợp nhất. Với ứng dụng siêu âm, ta cũng thấy chỉ cần 1 giờ trích ly thì cho hiệu suất trích ly hai hợp chất ngang bằng với 24 giờ không xử lý siêu âm.

With vitamin C just 2 minutes ultrasound, while the polyphenols they need 8 minutes to reach supersonic highest extraction efficiency. At 8 minutes of the vitamin C extraction efficiency tends to decrease, so 4-6 minute ultrasound can give the best fit. For ultrasound applications, we see just 1 hour extraction, the extraction performance on par with the two compounds 24 hours no ultrasound treatment.
