8.1 Trong phạm vi của hợp đồng

8.1 Trong phạm vi của hợp đồng này, thông tin cần bảo mật, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn, như thông tin liên quan pháp nhân, hoạt động, sản phẩm của Bên A mà Bên B biết được trong quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ cho Bên A. Hình thức truyền tải thông tin bao gồm: văn bản (in và điện tử), lời nói, do những người chịu trách nhiệm ký và thực hiện hợp đồng này của Bên A cung cấp cho Bên B hoặc do Bên B chủ động thu thập qua quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ cho Bên A.
8.2 Nếu không được sự đồng ý trước bằng văn bản của Bên A, Bên B không được phép tiết lộ bất kỳ thông tin cần bảo mật nào mà mình biết được cho bên thứ 3 nào khác, đồng thời không được sao chép hay tự ý sử dụng các thông tin này vào công việc không nằm trong nội dung của hợp đồng này, suốt trong cũng như sau thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng này.
