PHỐI HỢP VẬN HÀNH AN TOÀN
Điều 87. Trách nhiệm của Đơn vị truyền tải điện trong phối hợp vận hành an toàn
1. Đơn vị truyền tải điện có trách nhiệm xây dựng các quy trình, thủ tục phối hợp vận hành an toàn lưới điện truyền tải trình Cục Điều tiết điện lực ban hành.
2. Quy trình, thủ tục phối hợp vận hành an toàn lưới điện truyền tải gồm các nội dung sau:
a) Thủ tục vận hành an toàn lưới điện truyền tải với lưới điện của khách hàng;
b) Thủ tục đảm bảo an toàn trong vận hành và bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa lưới điện truyền tải hoặc các thiết bị điện đấu nối vào lưới điện truyền tải.
3. Các quy trình, thủ tục phối hợp vận hành an toàn phải tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, an toàn và các quy định có liên quan.
