9.1. Nếu bên B không thực hiện việc

9.1. Nếu bên B không thực hiện việc giao hàng và lắp đặt đúng thời gian như trong hợp đồng thì bên A có quyền khấu trừ từ giá trị hợp đồng như sau: 1% cho một (01)tuần chậm trễ, đến mức tối đa là 8% phần trăm.)
9.2. Nếu trong thời gian đã quy định hoặc thời gian gia hạn mà bên B không thực hiện việc giao hàng và lắp đặt thì bên A có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng này mà không chịu trách nhiệm về mọi mặt thiệt hại do việc huỷ bỏ hợp đồng gây cho bên B.
