Trong giai đoạn 2012 – 2013 tình hình tài chính Công ty gặp rất nhiều khó khăn, Công nợ phải thu quá hạn kéo dài. Các khoản đầu tư tài chính, vay ngân hàng đầu tư phương tiện vận tải, máy móc thiết bị không hiệu quả, chi phí lãi vay tăng cao dẫn đến kết quả kinh doanh không đạt mục tiêu đề ra. Công ty luôn trong tình trạng thiếu nguồn vốn lưu động.
Với vai trò Trưởng Phòng Tài Chính Kế Toán tôi đã chủ động rà soát, xây dựng lại toàn bộ các quy trình hoạt động; quy chế về tài chính kế toán hiệu quả và phù hợp với thực tế.

In the period 2012-2013 financial situation the company encountered many difficulties, The overdue debt. Financial investments, loans, investment banking, transport equipment is not effective, the rising interest costs lead to results not achieving its objectives. The company always in shortage of working capital sources. As head of finance and accounting I've actively reviewing, rebuild the entire operational processes; financial accounting regulation effective and consistent with reality.
