2. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu
Nội dung 1: Đánh giá năng suất sinh sản của lợn nái Landrace và Yorkshire
Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Tổng 252 nái bao gồm 103 nái Landrace và 149 nái Yorkshire. Trong đó, lợn nái Ladrace có 37 nái nhân thuần với 196 ổ đẻ và 66 nái phối với đực Yorkshire với 357 ổ đẻ; lợn nái Yorkshire có 44 nái nhân thuần với 257 ổ đẻ và 105 nái phối với đực Landrace với 477 ổ đẻ từ lứa 1 đến lứa 6 được nuôi tại Công ty chăn nuôi Việt Nam – Chi nhánh Mỹ Văn – Hưng Yên.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu
- Các chỉ tiêu thu thập và theo dõi:
+ Tuổi phối giống lần đầu và tuổi đẻ lứa đầu
+ Thời gian cai sữa và thời gian phối lại có chửa sau cai sữa
+ Khoảng cách giữa hai lứa đẻ
+ Số con sơ sinh/ổ và số con sơ sinh sống/ổ
+ Số con để nuôi/ổ và số con cai sữa/ổ
+ Tỷ lệ sơ sinh sống và tỷ lệ nuôi sống đến cai sữa
+ Khối lượng sơ sinh/ổ và khối lượng sơ sinh/con
+ Khối lượng cai sữa/ổ và khối lượng cai sữa/con
- Phương pháp
+ Thu thập, kế thừa số liệu các chỉ tiêu về năng suất sinh sản của lợn nái Landrace, Yorkshire từ năm 2011 đến tháng 11/2015.
+ Theo dõi, cân đo và ghi chép số liệu các chỉ tiêu về năng suất sinh sản của lợn nái Landrace, Yorkshire từ tháng 12/2015 đến tháng 7/2016.
+ Với các chỉ tiêu số lượng: tiến hành đếm số con sơ sinh/lứa, số con đẻ ra còn sống/lứa, số con để nuôi/lứa và số con cai sữa/lứa
+ Với các chỉ tiêu khối lượng: tiến hành cân xác định khối lượng lợn con ở các thời điểm sơ sinh và cai sữa bằng một loại cân thống nhất ở tất cả các lần cân.
Nội dung 2: Xác định TTTA/kg lợn cai sữa của lợn nái Landrace và Yorkshire.
Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Tổng 40 ổ đẻ bao gồm 10 ổ lợn nái Landrace nhân thuẩn, 10 ổ lợn nái Landrace phối với đực Yorkshire, 10 ổ lợn nái Yorkshire nhân thuần và 10 ổ lợn nái Yorkshire phối với đực Landrace.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu
- Các chỉ tiêu thu thập và theo dõi:
+ Thức ăn cho lợn chờ phối (kg)
+ Thức ăn cho nái chửa kì I (kg)
+ Thức ăn cho nái chửa kì II (kg)
+ Thức ăn cho nái nuôi con (kg)
+ Thức ăn cho lợn con tập ăn (kg)
+ Tổng khối lượng lợn con cai sữa (kg)
