Vị trí: Nhân Viên Nhận Hàng (Phòng Kế Toán)
Nhiệm vụ:
Hàng ngày kiểm tra và đếm tất cả các hàng hóa được nhận cho mỗi đơn hàng đã được phê duyệt hay danh sách hàng hóa hàng ngày.
Nhập tất cả các đơn hàng vào hệ thống phần mềm kế toán.
Kiểm tra các hóa đơn chứng từ hàng hóa giao nộp về phòng kế toán.
Trực tiếp tham gia kiểm đếm số lượng hàng nhập xuất kho cùng thủ kho.
Tham gia công tác kiểm kê định kỳ (hoặc đột xuất). Chịu trách nhiệm lập biên bản kiểm kê, biên bản đề xuất xử lý nếu có chênh lệch giữa sổ sách và thực tế, nộp về Phòng KT.

Responsibilities:
Daily inspect and count all goods received for each approved orders or merchandise daily list.
Enter all orders into accounting software system.
Check out the goods receipts handed in the accounting department.
Direct participation tally the amount of imported goods warehousing and storekeepers.
Join the inventory periodically (or irregular). Responsible for inventory records, records processing proposals if there is any difference between books and reality, the Department filed KT.
