Đẩy mạnh ứng dụng công nghệ thông t

Đẩy mạnh ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong công tác quản lý doanh nghiệp, đặc biệt là công tác điều hành từ xa và công tác giám sát nhằm tiết kiệm chi phí, tăng nguồn thu đảm bảo lợi nhuận cho doanh nghiệp.

Xây dựng các quy định phân cấp (phân cấp đầu tư, mua sắm trang thiết bị, quản lý tài chính,…) theo hướng phân cấp cho chi nhánh chủ động trong hoạt động kinh doanh và chịu trách nhiệm trong điều hành hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh và quản lý tài chính.

Tăng cường hơn nữa công tác đào tạo bồi dưỡng, phát triển nguồn nhân lực, trong đó đặc biệt chú trọng công tác nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu hội nhập ngày càng cao của ACV với hàng không thế giới.

Xây dựng chiến lược quản trị doanh nghiệp, quản trị tài chính phù hợp điều kiện phát triển kinh tế xã hội và đảm bảo kinh doanh có lãi và hiệu quả trong sử dụng nguồn vốn.

Tăng cường công tác quản trị các nguồn thu, đảm bảo ổn định hoạt động kinh doanh.
