- Có kinh nghiệm tổ chức các hoạt động đấu thầu, bao gồm: (i) xây dựng và kiểm tra các hồ sơ đấu thầu (kế hoạch đấu thầu, hồ sơ mời thầu, báo cáo xét thầu và các tài liệu liên quan khác); (ii) đánh giá năng lực đấu thầu của các ban quản lý dự án địa phương theo Hướng dẫn đấu thầu của ADB và của Chính phủ; (iii) hỗ trợ BQL Dự án chuẩn bị các kế hoạch đấu thầu; (iv) tổ chức các cuộc họp giữa BQL DATW với các BQL DA địa phương, tổ chuyên gia xét thầu, các nhà thầu, v.v…; tổ chức hội thảo tập huấn và hướng dẫn về đấu thầu cho các BQLDA địa phương; (vi) xây dựng và trình các tài liệu đấu thầu lên các cơ quan có thẩm quyền để thẩm định và phê duyệt; (vii) tổ chức và tham gia các chuyến công tác và khảo sát tình hình sử dụng và quản lý CSVC, TB do Dự án cung cấp tại các trường và các đơn vị giáo dục; (viii) giám sát việc thực hiện hợp động cung cấp thiết bị; (ix) xây dựng các báo cáo liên quan đến đấu thầu theo yêu cầu.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Experience in organizing the bidding activities, including: (i) build and inspect the bidding documents (bidding, bid, bidding, consider the report and other related documents); (ii) assess the capacity of the bidding management of local projects under ADB's procurement guidelines and of the Government; (iii) support the preparation of projects UNDER the plan; (iv) the Organization of meetings between MANAGEMENT BOARD DATW with the MANAGEMENT BOARD, the local LEATHER expert review contractor, contractors, etc.; Organization of training workshops and instructions on bidding for the PMU; (vi) building and the bidding documents to the competent bodies for evaluation and approval; (vii) Organization of and participation in the mission and situation survey of use and MODERNIZE MEDICAL management, TB project provided at schools and educational units; (viii) monitor the implementation contract provide equipment; (ix) construction of the reports related to bidding on request.

- Experience in organizing procurement activities, including: (i) construction and inspection of tender documents (tender plan, bidding documents, bid evaluation report and other related documents ); (Ii) assess the procurement capacity of the project management locally according to the ADB Procurement Guidelines and the Government; (Iii) assist the PMU prepared the procurement plan; (Iv) the organization of meetings between the PMU MB DATW with local, expert team evaluation, contractors, etc ...; organizing training workshops and guidance on tendering for local PMU; (Vi) develop and submit the tender documents to the competent authority for evaluation and approval; (Vii) organize and participate in missions and surveys on the use and management of CSVC, TB provided by the project at schools and educational entities; (Viii) supervise the implementation of the provision of equipment; (Ix) construction of reports relating to tendering as required.
