Tổng Công ty Truyền tải đang thẩm định khoản vay 3 thuộc dự án lưới điện đồng bộ Thái Bình bao gồm 6 tiểu dự án với tổng mức đầu tư trị giá khoảng 15,1 tỷ Yên Nhật, trong đó phần vốn vay ODA cho phần xây lắp và vật tư thiết bị khoảng 10 tỷ JPY. Việc chuẩn bị dự án đầu tư đã hoàn thiện và cơ bản đã hoàn thành công tác thẩm định của Chính phủ và nhà tài trợ ODA Nhật Bản (JICA).
