• Kỹ năng quản lý: Lập và kiểm soát, thực hiện, quản lý nhân sự, điều hành kinh doanh, kiểm soát tài chính cũng như về dịch vụ kinh doanh của khách sạn.
• Khả năng sử dụng ngoại ngữ: tiếng Anh chuyên ngành.
• Trình độ vi tính: sử dụng tốt MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Internet, Adobe,..và phần mềm khách sạn : Hogitech, Point of Sale, Smile. Đặc biệt là Excel, có khả năng xây dựng phần mềm quản lý Nhân sự bằng Excel với số lượng 300 nhân viên trở xuống.
• Hiểu rõ và có khả năng tự trao dồi các thông tin mới về Luật lao động, Bảo hiểm xã hội và chế độ Phúc lợi.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

• Management Skills: Prepare and control, implementation, personnel management, business administration, financial control as well as the business services of the hotel.
• The ability to use foreign languages: English specialist sector.
• Computer Education: Use good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Internet, Adobe, .. and hotel software: Hogitech, Point of Sale, Smile. Especially Excel, able to build HR management software with Excel with the number 300 or fewer employees.
• Understand and be able to cultivate the new information on labor law, social insurance and welfare regimes.
