15.3.3. Yêu cầu Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án thực hiện:
a. Các quyền, nghĩa vụ đã quy định tại Hợp đồng này;
b. Định kỳ hàng quý (trước ngày 20 tháng cuối mỗi quý) Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án phải báo cáo [Bbb] về doanh thu thu phí, lưu lượng phương tiện đi qua trạm thu phí. Trường hợp Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án cố tình báo cáo doanh thu thu phí thấp hơn so với thực tế, sẽ chịu mức phạt bằng 100 lần giá trị chênh lệch giữa số liệu báo cáo và số liệu thực tế, [Bbb] và Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án sẽ thống nhất hình thức nộp phạt thông qua khấu trừ thời gian thu phí hoặc nộp tiền mặt.
15.3.4. Xử lý, đình chỉ có thời hạn hoạt động của Trạm thu phí nếu Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án đơn vị trực tiếp thu phí có vi phạm các quy định của Nhà nước hoặc vi phạm hợp đồng này. Thời hạn đình chỉ do lỗi của Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án thì không tính bổ sung vào thời hạn của hợp đồng và thời gian thu phí, thời hạn đình chỉ do nguyên nhân khách quan (không do lỗi của Nhà đầu tư) thì được gia hạn thời gian thu phí của Hợp đồng, bổ sung thời gian thu phí.
15.3.5. Yêu cầu Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án dừng thu phí hoặc thay đổi mức thu phí hoặc thay đổi đối tượng thu phí theo quyết định của [Bbb], Bộ Tài chính do có thay đổi về chủ trương, chính sách chung của Nhà nước.
