Ươm tình hữu nghị Việt Nam – Campuchia
(Vietpeace) “Ươm tình hữu nghị” là tên gọi của chương trình đỡ đầu lưu học sinh Campuchia do Hội hữu nghị Việt Nam - Campuchia phát động. Công việc thầm lặng nhưng đầy ý nghĩa nhân văn này được các hội viên Hội hữu nghị Việt Nam - Campuchia thực hiện từ năm 2012 tới nay.

Nhân dịp chuyến Du Xuân Ất Mùi của các lưu học sinh cùng cha mẹ nuôi tại Hải Dương, phóng viên Vietpeace đã có bài phỏng vấn với ông Vũ Vương Việt, Phó Chủ tịch thường trực Hội hữu nghị Việt Nam - Campuchia và là bố nuôi của 4 sinh viên Campuchia.

PV: Thưa ông, xin ông cho biết về mục đích và ý nghĩa của Chương trình đỡ đầu lưu học sinh Campuchia mà Hội đang thực hiện.

Chương trình đỡ đầu lưu học sinh Campuchia được Hội phát động và thực hiện với mục đích bồi dưỡng thế hệ trẻ hai nước về quan hệ đoàn kết đặc biệt Việt Nam - Campuchia. Thông qua chương trình này, lưu học sinh Campuchia đi sâu tìm hiểu phong tục tập quán của nhân dân Việt Nam, đồng thời trực tiếp cảm nhận tình cảm của người dân Việt Nam dành cho các em, từ đó hiểu biết sâu sắc hơn về tình đoàn kết, hữu nghị và hợp tác giữa hai dân tộc. Tạo mối liên hệ tình cảm sâu đậm giữa các em và con người, đất nước Việt Nam.

PV: Chương trình này đã được tiến hành 3 năm, xin ông cho biết thành quả của chương trình này và được đánh giá như thế nào ?

Kết quả thu được của chương trình này rất tốt. Hiện nay chương trình đang ở giai đoạn thí điểm. Hội đã vận động được 14 gia đình là Hội viên của Hội và cựu chuyên gia quân tình nguyện Việt Nam tại Campuchia nhận đỡ đầu 49 cháu. Tình cảm giữa các cháu và bố mẹ nuôi rất gắn bó. Các cháu được quan tâm, động viên học tập, chăm sóc lúc ốm đau, tham gia các hoạt động du lịch, nấu ăn, lễ tết với gia đình Việt Nam. Tôi tin rằng nếu chương trình này được mở rộng thì các thế hệ lưu học sinh Campuchia sẽ có tình cảm sâu đậm với Việt Nam; các cháu sẽ trở thành những nhân tố quan trọng trong việc củng cố, phát triển tình hữu nghị hợp tác giữa hai nước.

Về phía lưu học sinh Campuchia, chương trình này được các cháu và gia đình hưởng ứng, tham gia. Cha mẹ các cháu rất cảm động và yên tâm khi con mình ở Việt Nam được bố mẹ nuôi quan tâm giúp đỡ.

Lãnh đạo Đảng, Chính phủ hai nước cũng đánh giá cao chương trình này và đề nghị Hội tiếp tục mở rộng chương trình đến nhiều tỉnh thành trên cả nước.

PV: Xin ông cho biết khó khăn và thuận lợi trong khi triển khai chương trình.

Khó khăn nhất của chương trình là kinh phí. Các bố mẹ nuôi hầu hết là các bác đã về hưu, kinh tế hạn hẹp. Kinh phí của Hội cũng hoàn toàn là xã hội hóa, vận động các doanh nghiệp tài trợ, vì vậy dù giai đoạn thí điểm thu được kết quả rất tốt nhưng Hội vẫn chưa mở rộng được chương trình này. Tuy nhiên về khâu tổ chức và thực hiện thì có nhiều thuận lợi. Các hội viên ở Trung ương Hội và các tỉnh đều rất tâm huyết và nhiệt tình.

PV: Ông có thể chia sẻ kinh nghiệm của Hội trong quá trình triển khai chương trình?

Để làm tốt chương trình này, cần có sự phối hợp chặt chẽ giữa Hội và Đại Sứ quán Campuchia tại Việt Nam, Hội và trường Đại học nơi các cháu đang học, bố mẹ nuôi và bố mẹ ruột của các cháu.

Ngoài ra, Hội cũng đã xác định cần phải quyết tâm, vượt qua các khó khăn, khúc mắc về kinh phí và có quan hệ tốt với các doanh nghiệp để vận động tài trợ cho các cháu.


PV: Trong thời gian tới, Hội có phương hướng gì đối với chương trình này ?

Sắp tới, Hội hữu nghị Việt Nam - Campuchia sẽ mở rộng chương trình này tới các địa phương và các đối tượng khác nhau. Ngoài các gia đình nhận nuôi, sẽ vận động các doanh nghiệp, tổ chức đỡ đầu cho các cháu theo hình thức tập thể. Ví dụ như Hòa thượng Thích Thiện Tâm, Phó Chủ tịch Hội, Trụ trì Chùa Phổ Minh tại TP Hồ Chí Minh, hàng tháng đã đón hàng trăm lưu học sinh Campuchia đến Chùa nghe thuyết pháp về đạo Phật, về tình hữu nghị truyền thống Việt Nam - Campuchia, ăn cơm và nhận quà.

PV: Ông có thể chia sẻ cảm nhận và một vài kỷ niệm với các cháu lưu học sinh Campuchia.

Tôi nhận đỡ đầu 4 cháu học sinh Campuchia. Hiện nay cả 4 cháu đều đã về nước. Dù xa cách nhưng tình cảm giữa chúng tôi rất thân thiết. Các cháu thường xuyên gọi điện thăm hỏi tôi và gia đình. Bố mẹ các cháu cũng nhiều lần điện, viết thư kể về cuộc sống và công việc của các cháu khi về nước. Có lần tôi sang Phnôm Pênh, bố của một cháu lái xe túc-túc đến đón tôi về thăm gia đình cách xa 10 km. Hôm đó tôi thực sự cảm động trước tình cảm của gia đình cháu đối với tôi. Chúng tôi cùng ăn cơm, nói chuyện. Tôi cảm thấy rất hạnh phúc khi có mối liên hệ tình cảm này. Sau này, tôi sẽ tiếp tục nhận đỡ đầu các cháu lưu học sinh Campuchia.
