Ngoài việc tuân thủ theo các luật áp dụng trong hợp đồng này, bên B còn phải tuân thủ các luật liên quan về chống tham nhũng, chống rửa tiền, chống khủng bố, luật kinh tế và các lệnh cấm vận của Việt Nam, trong đó bao gồm và không hạn chế cả luật chống tham nhũng khi kinh doanh ở nước ngoài

In addition to compliance with the laws applicable in this agreement, party B must also comply with the relevant laws on the fight against corruption, money laundering, terrorism, economic laws and the embargo of Vietnam, which includes and not limited to all laws against corruption when doing business abroad

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

In addition to compliance with the applicable legislation in this contract, Party B must also comply with the relevant laws on anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, economic laws and the embargo of Vietnam, in including and not limited to the anti-corruption laws when doing business abroad
