Một hoặc cả 2 bên A và B sẽ không phải chịu trách nhiệm do không thực hiện các nghĩa vụ đã thỏa thuận trong Biên bản này vì gặp phải trường hợp bất khả kháng ngoài khả năng kiểm soát của các bên, với điều kiện là khi gặp trường hợp bất khả kháng đã áp dụng mọi biện pháp để khắc phục ngăn chặn hậu quả và thông báo cho bên kia biết về trường hợp đó.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

One or both of the sides A and B will not be responsible by not performing the obligation agreed to in the minutes of this encounter unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the parties, provided that when experiencing unforeseen cases have applied all measures to fix the outcome and inform the other party about that case.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

One or both parties A and B 2 will not be responsible for failure to perform the obligations agreed in the minutes of the encounter because of force majeure circumstances beyond the control of the parties, provided that when encountered cases of force majeure has to take all corrective measures to prevent the consequences and inform the other party of such cases.
