Điều 6. Chương trình, dự án được xem xét cấp bảo lãnh chính phủ
1. Chương trình, dự án được xem xét cấp bảo lãnh chính phủ thực hiện theo quy định tại Điều 33 của Luật Quản lý nợ công.
2. Thủ tướng Chính phủ quy định cụ thể về chương trình, dự án được ưu tiên xem xét cấp bảo lãnh chính phủ trong từng thời kỳ phù hợp với quy định của Điều 33 Luật Quản lý nợ công.
Điều 7. Điều kiện cấp bảo lãnh chính phủ
1. Đối với vay vốn thực hiện chương trình, dự án đầu tư:
a) Đáp ứng các điều kiện tương ứng nêu tại Điều 34 của Luật Quản lý nợ công về chương trình, dự án, người vay, người phát hành trái phiếu và khoản vay khoản phát hành trái phiếu quốc tế đối với các doanh nghiệp vay vốn thực hiện chương trình, dự án đầu tư;
