16.7. Doanh nghiệp dự án có trách nhiệm chuyển giao công nghệ, đào tạo và thực hiện việc bảo dưỡng định kỳ, đại tu để bảo đảm điều kiện kỹ thuật vận hành công trình bình thường phù hợp với các yêu cầu của Hợp đồng BOT này.
