Bộ Lao động Liên bang Nga mới đây đã đăng tải trên cổng thông tin điện tử của mình dự luật giới hạn số lượng lao động nhập cư trong nhiều ngành nghề khác nhau. Đáng chú ý hơn cả là việc lần đầu tiên trong lĩnh vực xây dựng, số lượng lao động nhập cư sẽ bị hạn chế. Theo đó, từ năm 2016 tại các công trường xây dựng, số lượng lao động nhập cư sẽ không được phép vượt quá 65% tổng số công nhân. Theo dự luật mới này, tỷ lệ lao động nhập cư trong từng lĩnh vực sẽ do các Bộ liên quan quyết định, trong trường hợp này là Bộ Xây dựng Liên bang Nga
