Tôi không hiểu ý của bạn là tôi khô

Tôi không hiểu ý của bạn là tôi không làm tốt công việc hay không có mối quan hệ giao tiếp tốt với những nhân viên khác trong văn phòng. Nhưng tôi cám ơn vì bạn đã quan tâm. Tôi nghĩ bạn là người rất nhạy cảm và công bằng trong mọi việc nên tôi rất vui khi được cộng tác cùng bạn.
1. Nếu bạn nói tôi không làm tốt trong công việc thì tôi xin giải thích rằng từ sau khi chuyển văn phòng đến đây thì kế toán trưởng đảm trách mọi việc, tôi không được giao bất kỳ công việc gì. Tôi chỉ phụ trách công việc mà bạn và Mr Park giao cho. Tôi cảm thấy tôi đã hoàn thành tốt mọi việc được giao.Bây giờ thời gian biểu mỗi ngày tôi làm việc được giao và khi có thời gian rãnh tôi kiểm tra công nợ, tham khảo những quy định pháp luật liên quan đến công việc kế toán, đọc hướng dẫn về việc sử dụng phần mềm kế toán. Tôi cũng không thể sử dụng phần mềm kế toán ở công ty vì tôi lo sẽ bị ảnh hưởng đến những số liệu kế toán trưởng đang làm nên tôi đã nhờ nhân viên công ty S&S cài đặt vào máy tính cá nhân của tôi phần mềm dùng thử, hàng ngày tôi tải những dữ liệu kế toán trưởng đã nhập vào phần mềm trong ngày. Buổi tối ở nhà, tôi kiểm tra lại những dữ liệu đó và nhập liệu những dữ liệu đó vào phần mềm dùng thử, vì vậy tôi đã từng góp ý với bạn là có sai sót trong việc hạch toán nghiệp vụ.
2. Nếu bạn nói tôi không giao tiếp tốt với những nhân viên trong văn phòng thì tôi xin giải thích vì tôi nghĩ công ty cần một người im lặng làm tốt công việc được giao hơn người nói những chuyện cá nhân mà làm không tốt việc được giao. Vì vậy trong lúc làm việc tôi chỉ tham gia trao đổi những chuyện có liên quan đến công việc. Nên trong khi họ có những trao đổi về chuyện cá nhân tôi không muốn tham gia. Bạn nghĩ như thế nào khi văn phòng có 4 nhân viên mà khi nói chuyện 3 nhân viên lại dùng phần mềm chat Skype để nói chuyện riêng với nhau, vậy tôi có nên tham gia trao đổi nữa hay không và quan trọng hơn khi họ tạo thành 1 nhóm nhưng họ lại nói không tốt lẫn nhau.Trước đó, tôi đã từng tiếp xúc và trao đổi chuyện cá nhân với riêng mỗi người nên tôi biết được điều đó. Tự bản thân tôi cảm thấy tính tình họ không tốt nên tôi hạn chế tiếp xúc những vấn đề cá nhân. Vì thế khi bạn nói tăng lương tôi đã từng nói đến việc sẽ có người nghĩ là bạn dành sự quan tâm đặc biệt cho tôi và tôi sợ họ nghĩ không tốt cho bạn,
Từ trước đến nay, tiêu chí làm việc của tôi là chất lượng công việc quan trọng nhất, nếu có sai sót nào làm ảnh hưởng đến quyền lợi công ty tôi sẽ phản ánh ngay. Bạn đừng quá lo lắng cho tôi,việc này tôi cũng đã quen vì bất kỳ môi trường làm việc nào ở việt nam cũng như vậy. Bên cạnh việc cười nói với nhau thì tiềm ẩn là sự ganh đua nhau thôi.
Tôi cũng sợ bạn nghĩ tôi nhiều chuyện nhưng sự thật thì luôn đúng và tôi tin thời gian làm việc ở Việt Nam bạn sẽ quan sát và hiểu được mọi việc.
