Hôm nay thật tuyệt vời và tôi có một đề tài viết về một cú sốc văn hoá mà tôi từng trải qua. Tuy nhiên, thực sự là tôi chưa từng có một chuyến đi nào quá xa để tôi có thể tiếp xúc với những văn hoá khác so với nơi tôi đang sinh sống. Hai tuần trước, bạn của ba mẹ tôi đã đến thăm gia đình tôi, ông ấy là một người Mỹ gốc Việt và là bạn chiến đấu của ba mẹ tôi từ cuộc kháng chiến chống Pháp, sau đó thì ông sang Mỹ. Ông đã kể cho tôi nghe về cuộc sống ở Mỹ và văn hoá của họ. Tôi thật sự cảm thấy bất ngờ và cảm thấy hứng thú về điều đó
