Công ty đã tạo việc làm ổn định cho hơn 32.000 lao động. Theo Thời báo kinh tế - điện tử, vào ngày 14/03/2006, tại lễ kỷ niệm 10 năm ngày thành lập, ông Hiroaki Funami, Tổng giám đốc công ty Honda Việt Nam, cho biết trong 5 năm tới, công ty sẽ đầu tư thêm khoảng 60 triệu USD cho dự án xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất ô tô Honda tại Việt Nam.
