Điều 11. Tính hợp lệ của hàng hóa
Bên B phải nêu rõ xuất xứ của hàng hóa; ký mã hiệu, nhãn mác của sản phẩm và các tài liệu kèm theo để chứng minh tính hợp lệ của hàng hóa và phải tuân thủ các quy định về tiêu chuẩn hiện hành tại quốc gia hoặc vùng lãnh thổ mà hàng hóa có xuất xứ.
