Luật Việt Nam được áp dụng để giải thích và điều chỉnh những vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến hợp đồng này.
Mọi sự tu chỉnh, bổ sung các nội dung của hợp đồng này phải được sự nhất trí của các bên và lập thành văn bản mới có giá trị pháp lý;
Tài liệu sau đây được coi là một phần không thể tách rời của hợp đồng:
- Phụ lục hợp đồng, các biên bản tu chỉnh, bổ sung hợp đồng ( nếu có)
- Biên bản bàn giao và nghiệm thu xe
Văn bản quy định về khuyến mại, bảo hành, thông số kỹ thuật liên quan đến đối tượng hợp đồng nêu tại điều 1 của hợp đồng này;
Các biên bản, tài liệu có liên quan khác.

General provisions
Vietnam Law applies to interpretation and adjustment issues arising in relation to this contract.
All the amendments and supplements to the contents of this contract must be agreed by the parties and made in writing to be valid legally
following document is considered an integral part of the contract:
- Addendum, the minutes of the amendment and supplement contracts (if any)
- minutes handover and acceptance of vehicles
written regulations on promotions, warranty, specifications relating to the subject matter of contracts mentioned in Article 1 of this contract;
the records and other related documents.
