Từ tháng 9 năm 2013 đến 4 năm 2015,

Từ tháng 9 năm 2013 đến 4 năm 2015, tôi đang học tại Đại học Tôn Đức Thắng. Tôi theo học ngành ngôn ngữ Trung-Anh. Tôi lớn lên đặc biệt thích tiểu thuyết Trung Quốc, do đó, trong kỳ thi tuyển sinh đại học đã chọn ngành ngôn ngữ Trung-Anh. Trong hai năm qua tôi đã cố gắng tìm hiểu và tiếp thu kiến thức về ngôn ngữ, mà còn tích lũy được rất nhiều kiến thức về các khía cạnh khác nhau của văn hóa Trung Quốc. Thông thường, tôi thích đi tìm hiểu và xem tin tức trong tất cả các khía cạnh của giáo dục, kinh tế và đời sống xã hội của Đài Loan, dần dần nhiều hơn và nhiều hơn về Đài Loan, đặc biệt là giáo dục Đài Loan và Văn hóa, phát triển kinh tế.
Đến năm 2014, khi tôi tìm hiểu thông tin được biết sẽ có cơ hội đến Đài Loan, học tại Trung tâm học liệu tiếng phổ thông, Đại học Quốc gia Đài Loan. Cách giảng dạy của giáo viên Đài Loan rất nhiệt tình và chuyên môn, Và đối với cách giáo dục ở Đài Loan làm tôi rất quan tâm, vì thế tôi hy vọng có thể trở lại Đài Loan một lần nữa sau khi tốt nghiệp Đại học.
Tôi theo đuổi học bổng này có hai nguyên nhân. Thứ nhất, Tôi được biết Đài Loan có rất nhiều trung tâm ngôn ngữ nổi tiếng trong. Các trung tâm tại Đài Loan có khuôn viên rộng và đẹp, thư viện hiện đại với rất nhiều đầu sách phục vụ cho sinh viên nghiên cứu và học tập. Chính vì chất lượng giảng dạy tốt nên có rất nhiều sinh viên từ khắp nơi trên thế giới theo học ở đây và hơn hết học tại đây tôi có thể được giao lưu kết bạn với rất nhiều người do vậy có thể cải thiện khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Trung cũng như tiếng Anh rất tốt. Thứ hai, Tôi có niềm đam mê với tiếng hoa vì thế tôi muốn sống và học tập như một người hoa, đồng thời nâng cao trình độ giao tiếp và muốn tìm hiểu và mở mang kiến thức về cách học tập, phương pháp giáo dục, nền văn hóa và con người Đài Loan. Bởi vì bản sắc nước ngoài, rào cản ngôn ngữ là không thể tránh khỏi, nhưng tôi sẽ cố rất khắc phục tất cả nhược điểm, tôi sẽ cố gắng làm được như vậy trong suốt quá trình học tập.
Nếu tôi có thể đến Đài Loan, kế hoạc học tập của tôi khi học tại trường tôi sẽ cố gắng hoàn thành bốn khóa học trong một năm:
-Hai Khóa đầu : tôi sẽ cố gắng thích ứng với hoàn cảnh mới nhanh nhất có thể. Ngoài việc hoàn thành hai khóa học đầu tiên của mình tôi cũng muốn nâng cao trình độ tiếng anh, khả năng về kỹ thuật máy tính để nắm vững và thông thạo cách sử dụng kho thư viện điện tử, kho ngữ liệu, nguồn thao tác, tích cực thu thập, tìm kiếm thông tin, tài liệu. Tích cực tham gia vào các hoạt động của trường. Chuẩn bị tài liệu trước để tránh việc không theo kịp bài học trên lớp. Nỗ lực học tập, chăm chỉ học chuyên môn, tôi sẽ nghiêm túc thực hiện nguyện vọng của bản thân, sẽ dùng hành động thực tế để chứng minh.
-Hai Khóa cuối : Bên cạnh các môn học dành chuyên môn, sẽ đăng kí tham gia các môn học tự chọn liên quan đến văn hóa, lịch sử, kỹ năng và các lớp bổ sung được sắp xếp song song với thời gian học của các môn yêu cầu, cũng như tham gia các khóa thi để có thể đạt được thành tích tốt. Đồng thời, thời gian học tại đó, tôi cũng sẽ chủ động lên thư tìm kiếm, tham khảo cũng như đọc thêm những giáo trình, văn học, văn hóa, lịch sử..v.v...



Thời gian học tại trường ở Đài Loan tôi sẽ đem hết nhiệt huyết những mặt tích cực trong suốt thời gian học và sinh sống tại đó. Mặc dù trung tâm không bắt buộc nhưng bản thân tôi sẽ chủ động lập ra khóa trình học cho mình. chủ động thỉnh giáo thầy cô, học hỏi các bạn cùng lớp, và để chuẩn bị các tiêu đề báo cáo. Sau thời gian học trên lớp, tôi sẽ trau dồi thêm kiến thức bằng việc học ở nhà, học trên thư viện, học từ bạn bè người thân, việc tự học rất quan trọng đối với sinh viên vì thế tôi cũng sẽ không hề lơ là. Trên hết, đó là phấn đấu học tập để hoàn thành chương trình đào tạo đúng thời hạn, luôn giữ gìn truyền thống và uy tín của sinh viên Việt Nam. Thực hiện đúng các quy định của Nhà nước về quản lý lưu học sinh và chịu sự quản lý của Cơ quan ngoại giao của Việt Nam ở nước sở tại.Thường xuyên báo cáo kết quả, tiến độ học tập, nghiên cứu; báo cáo địa chỉ nơi ở, nơi học tập bằng email cho người quản lý.

Sau khi học tập và học hỏi kiến thức thực tế đã học ở Đài Loan kết hợp với những nỗ lực để thúc đẩy sự cải thiện các tiêu chuẩn chuyên nghiệp . Khi hoàn thành khóa học cố gắng thu xếp trở về đất nước tìm công việc có liên quan, dùng hết khả năng của bản thân giúp đỡ và hỗ trợ cho sự phát triển của nền giáo dục và đóng góp mối quan hệ hai nước gắng kết, hiểu biết lẫn nhau hơn , cũng như toàn bộ châu Á gần nhau hơn. Và đóng góp vào sự phát triển của quê hương, đất nước. Dù cho có thể nhận được học bổng của chính phủ hay không , sẽ vẫn luôn trân trọng cơ hội quý báu này. Nếu bản thân may mắn nhận được học bổng của chính phủ, sau khi hoàn thành khóa học sẽ tự giác về nước ngay và cam kết thực hiện nghĩa vụ lâu dài cho chính phủ cũng như trung tâm đã tài trợ nếu chính phủ hoặc trung tâm có nhu cầu mà không đòi hỏi gì.
