ĐIỀU 3 : TIỀN THUÊ VÀ TIỀN ĐẶT CỌC
3.1 Tiền thuê mặt bằng:
 Đơn giá tiền thuê mặt bằng là: 11,5 USD ( chưa bao gồm thuê VAT ).
 Đơn giá đã bao gồm chi phí sử dụng máy điều hòa không khí nhiệt độ cho phần diện tích cho thuê .
 Đơn giá thuê này không bao gồm các Phí dịch vụ, tiện ích khác do Bên B sử dụng như tiền điện sử dụng,điện thoại, truy cập internet, , sử dụng phòng hội nghị (nếu có), dịch vụ gửi xe và dịch vụ vệ sinh cho Phần diện tích thuê.
 Giá thuê sẽ ổn định trong 02 (hai) năm, sau hai năm đơn giá thuê sẽ được thương lượng lại theo giá thị trường, mức giá thay đổi nếu có sẽ không quá +15%.

3.2 Phí dịch vụ/ Phí quản lý : 4,5 USD ( chưa bao gồm VAT )
 Phí quản lý có thể thay đổi tùy từng thời điểm, ứng với sự gia tăng chi phí cung cấp dịch vụ cho tòa nhà, nhưng tăng không quá 20%. Khi đó Bên A sẽ thông báo cho Bên B bằng một văn bản chính thức trước 01 tháng. Mức tăng nếu có sẽ áp dụng đồng loạt cho tất cả các bên thuê khác trong tòa nhà.
 Bên A cam kết không tăng Phí quản lý trong 12 tháng đầu tiên của Hợp đồng này(trừ trường hợp giá điện ,nước ,xăng dầu tăng đột biến).

3.2 Phí giữ xe:
 Bên A miễn phí giữ xe cho bên B là 5 xe máy :
_ Ngoài 4 xe máy trên ,Bên A cho Bên B đậu xe có tính phí như sau:
• Xe máy : 6 USD/ xe máy/ tháng (Chưa VAT)
• Xe ôtô ≤ 08 chỗ : 70 USD/ xe/ tháng (Chưa VAT).

3.3 Tiền thuê mặt bằng Bên B thanh toán cho Bên A theo mỗi tháng và đúng theo điều khoản thanh toán quy định trong hợp đồng này (điều 4)
3.4 Tổng tiền thuê mặt bằng và Phí quản lý (sau đây gọi tắt là Tổng “Tiền thuê”) mỗi tháng, đã bao gồm VAT là:
