Điều 4: Trách nhiệm của hai bên
4.1. Phần xây dựng nhà xưởng, móng bệ nồi hơi, chống sét,bể cấp nước cho nồi hơi, do bên A đảm nhận theo bản vẽ kỹ thuật bên B. Toàn bộ chi phí mua vật liệu để xây dựng nhà xưởng , móng bệ, chống sét bể cấp nước…do bên A cung cấp.
4.2. Nguồn điện ba pha và nguồn nước cấp đến nhà nồi hơi, Than, củi, điện nước phục vụ cho việc chạy thử do bên A cung cấp.
4.3. Chi phí đi lại cho việc lắp đặt lần đầu tiên do bên B chịu.
4.4. Chi phí ăn nghỉ cho công nhân lắp đặt, và toàn bộ chi phí đi lại ăn nghỉ cho nhân công bảo dưỡng tại Lào do bên A đảm nhận.
4.5. Khi bên B vận chuyển hàng hóa đến kho bên A , thì bên A có trách nhiệm xếp dỡ hàng hóa xuống kho bằng xe cẩu cho bên B.
4.6. Bên B chỉ chịu trách nhiệm duy nhất cho việc cung cấp nồi hơi, phụ kiện đi kèm như trong điều 1 của hợp đồng, vận chuyển đến kho bên A như điều 3, Chịu trách nhiệm đi lại lần đầu tiên cho công nhân lắp đặt. Còn lại toàn bộ chi phí khác do bên A chịu.
