không được hưởng bất kỳ quyền lợi nào hoặc được nhận bất kỳ khoản thù lao nào liên quan đến Dự Án ngoài các quyền lợi và các khoản thù lao được quy định trong Hợp Đồng này.
Bên Tư Vấn không được tham gia vào bất kỳ hoạt động nào có thể xung đột với quyền lợi của Chủ Đầu Tư theo Hợp Đồng này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

not be entitled to any benefits or received any compensation in relation to the project in addition to the compensation and benefits set forth in this agreement. The Consultant shall not engage in any activity that may conflict with the interests of the owner under this Contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

not be entitled to any benefits or receive any remuneration related to the Project in addition to the benefits and allowances specified in this Agreement.
The Consultant must not engage in any activity activity that may conflict with the interests of the investor under this Agreement.
