Che khuc bach, one of the most popular Vietnamese desserts, known in English as almond jelly, panna cotta with transparency. Panna cott is an Italian dessert cream jelly, which have a sweet taste of honey, and a very smooth texture, it almost feels like margarine-and to me it almost has a hint of a cream cheese flavor. The panna cotta was Free, I think, a little Shi-er than its Italian partner, maybe it has a little more gelatin. the jelly, panna cotta was cut into pieces the size of the bite, then fill a bowl with pieces of almond slices, and a few fruits transparency. the mixture is then covered by crushed ice, served very much like a Thai version of nam kang sai, with a splash of mild and sweet Jasmine Flower water syrup, even with a few flowers Jasmine thrown in. Cold soup is not too sweet, just. slightly sweet and embellished with the scent of fresh jasmine, almonds, and transparency I'm not a huge sweets lover, but I have to say that I really enjoyed covering khuc bach-it was light and refreshing and cubes of panna cotta ice cream jelly go to well with almonds and fresh transparency.
