HỆ SÀN
Kết cấu sàn tiêu chuẩn Đại Dương Building gồm một mặt sàn thép tựa trên các dầm phụ bắt cứng vào dầm chính của sàn. Nếu cần thiết, do tải trọng thiết kế lớn thì dầm chính cũng có thể tựa lên các cột trung gian. Cánh trên của dầm phụ liên kết sát ngay bên dưới cánh trên của dầm chính.

HỆ THỐNG NHÀ THÉP TIỀN CHẾ
Nhà thép tiền chế điển hình gồm 3 thành phần sau:
+ Các khung chính (cột và kèo) là các cấu kiện tổ hợp tiết diện “I”, có bề cao tiết diện không đổi hoặc vát.
+ Thành phần kết cấu thứ yếu (xà gồ, thanh chống đỉnh tường và dầm tường) là các thanh thép nhẹ tạo hình nguội chữ “Z” và chữ “C” hoặc các dầm bụng rỗng
+ Tấm thép tạo hình bằng cán (tấm mái và tường)

Tất cả các thành phần kết cấu chính và thứ yếu đều được cắt, đột lỗ, khoan lỗ, hàn và tạo thành hình trước trong nhà máy trước khi được chuyển đến công trường.
