=> I strong agree with statement because three main reasons .
 First, easy to get a job with higher status. Attractive people are seen by others as having a better personality, higher status. For example, ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
 Second, easy to reduce punished. In court cases attractive people get lighter sentences, unless they made conscious use their beauty to get their own ends, in which case they might be more severely punished. 1.2 “Good looking appearance is the first important factor to decide to accept”.
 Nowadays, have good looking is very important factor to decide to accept. But in my opinion, ability is the most important, so I don’t agree with statement. Because,

1.3 “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”
 Yes, I think this proverb is true. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder it mean something that you say which means that each person has their own opinion about what or who is beautiful;( that which one person finds beautiful or admirable may not appeal to another) . For example, my sister has a boy friend. He is not good looking with a sun tan. I can not understand why she finds him attractive.
 We are born with an innate sense of beauty.
