1.2.5. Cơ sở pháp lý của đánh giá hiện trạng biến động sử dụng đất
Đánh giá hiện trạng biến động sử dụng đất là nội dung được quy định tại thông tư số 30/2004/TT – BTNMT ngày 01 tháng 11 năm 2004 về việc hướng dẫn lập, điều chỉnh và thẩm định quy hoạch, kế hoạch sử dụng đất và được cụ thể hoá tại quyết định số 04/2005/QĐ – BTNMT ngày 30 tháng 6 năm 2005 về việc ban hành quy trình lập và điều chỉnh quy hoạch, kế hoạch sử dụng đất. Việc đánh giá hiện trạng phải theo trình tự các bước, việc đánh giá biến động sử dụng đất phải đánh giá được biến động cho giai đoạn 10 năm về trước.
