Mọi thông báo và thông tin liên lạc liên quan đến việc thực hiện Hợp Đồng này và Hợp đồng cụ thể sẽ được thực hiện bằng văn bản, thư hay fax cho Các Bên theo địa chỉ liên lạc dưới đây hoặc theo địa chỉ đã được Các Bên thông báo cho nhau theo quy định tại Điều này. Mọi thông báo hoặc thông tin liên lạc sẽ có hiệu lực sau khi được Các Bên nhận được thông báo.
