- Cơ cấu sở hữu có ảnh hưởng ngược chiều đến cơ cấu vốn; trong khi đó, khả năng phát triển, khả năng hoạt động và thuế không có ảnh hưởng đến cơ cấu vốn. Những kết quả này không phù hợp với giả thuyết nghiên cứu.
Kết quả nghiên cứu đã đưa ra gợi ý nhằm tối ưu hóa cơ cấu vốn cho các doanh nghiệp, chẳng hạn là chuyển đổi phương thức phát triển theo hướng đa dạng, mở rộng kinh doanh và phân tán rủi ro kinh doanh, mở rộng kênh tài trợ, điều chỉnh cơ cấu sở hữu theo hướng giảm bớt tập trung sở hữu vào một số ít cổ đông.
