5. Yêu cầu về thiết bị vệ sinh, cấp thoát nước và điều hoà không khí
5.1. Thiết bị vệ sinh của khách sạn áp dụng TCVN 4391: 1986 "Khách sạn du lịch – Xếp hạng".
5.2. Thiết kế khách sạn phải có đầy đủ hệ thống cấp nước lạnh, cấp nước nóng, thoát nước, thông gió, hệ thống thải rác và phế liệu.
