Chúng tôi thực hiện cuộc kiểm toán nhằm đưa ra ý kiến về tình hình tài chính, sự tuân thủ các quy chế về quản lý đầu tư xây dựng cơ bản theo các thủ tục kiểm toán thông thường, không nhằm đưa ra ý kiến về giá trị quyết toán vốn đầu tư xây dựng công trình hoàn thành. Việc này chỉ được thực hiện khi tiến hành các thủ tục kiểm toán đặc thù riêng áp dụng cho quyết toán vốn đầu tư các công trình xây dựng cơ bản hoàn thành. (Chỉ trong TH có khoản mục xây dựng cơ bản dở dang)

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

We perform audit in order to give an opinion on the financial situation, the compliance with the regulation on the management of basic construction investment by regular audit procedures, not to give an opinion on the investment capital value construction complete. This is only done when conducting the audit procedure specific peculiarities apply to capital investments in basic construction works completed. (Only in the topmost construction unfinished)

We conducted our audit in order to express an opinion on the financial situation, compliance with regulations on the management of capital construction investment under the normal audit procedures, not to provide an opinion on the price settlement investment value of construction completed. This can only be done when conducting the audit procedures applied to specific characteristics of investment capital settlement construction works completed. (Only items in TH construction in progress)
