Đốc công xưởng dịch vụ
- Chịu trách nhiệm về các vấn đề kỹ thuật của xưởng gồm: kiểm tu tai nạn, đại tu cụm tổng thành, kiểm tra xác định pan bệnh, đi thử kiểm tra và nghiệm thu xe của xưởng sửa chữa chung.
- Trực tiếp giao lệnh tới từng tổ sản xuất, đôn đốc, hỗ trợ các tổ sản xuất thực hiện đúng kế hoạch, tiến độ sửa chữa hàng ngày được giao.
- Triển khai, đôn đốc và điều hành công việc đến từng kỹ thuật viên để đảm bảo việc sửa chữa xe đúng ngay lần đầu và đúng tiến độ.
- Trực tiếp kiểm tra và nghiệm thu chất lượng sau sửa chữa nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng sửa chữa trước khi bàn giao.
- Tổ chức sản xuất hợp lý đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ công việc.
- Giám sát việc sử dụng vật tư và trang thiết bị nhằm thực hiện tiết kiệm chi phí sản xuất và đảm bảo tuổi thọ của trang thiết bị.
- Giao nhận xe ra vào xưởng sửa chữa, nghiệm thu xe sau khi đã sửa chữa xong.
- Phát hiện những nội dung phát sinh cùng kỹ thuật viên để phản ánh các nội dung phát sinh đó đến khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và chuyên môn cho các kỹ thuật viên nhằm nâng cao tay nghề, hiệu suất lao động và đạt kết quả tốt trong công tác.
- Đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn về môi trường và an toàn lao động.
- Thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh các nội quy, quy chế của Công ty
