Quyền truy cập sẽ được cung cấp cho CBI và KIDO để thực hiện cài đặt, thiết kế, phân tích, cấu hình và phát triển của hệ thống được đề xuất JA cam kết phải tuân theo chính sách an toàn hệ thống của Tập đoàn CIBC và KIDO . Tập đoàn CIBC có quyền từ chối yêu cầu nếu trong trường hợp ảnh hưởng an toàn của hệ thống, và sẽ cùng JA tìm giải pháp khác thay thế. Và các quyền này sẽ được thu hồi khi kết thúc dự án.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Access will be provided for CBI and KIDO to perform installation, design, analysis, configuration and development of the proposed system JA must follow the commitment the safety policy of the CIBC group systems and KIDO. CIBC Corporation has the right to reject the request if in cases affecting the safety of the system, and will the same JA find alternative solutions. And this right will be recovered at the end of the project.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Access will be provided to the CBI and KIDO to perform the installation, design, analysis, configuration and development of the proposed system JA committed to follow safety policy of the Group system CIBC and KIDO. Group CIBC may refuse the request if the circumstances affecting safety of the system, and will join JA find alternative solutions. And these rights will be recovered at the end of the project.
