Bên cạnh đó, Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư đã hoàn thiện Danh mục điều kiện đầu tư áp dụng đối với nhà đầu tư nước ngoài theo quy định của pháp luật và điều ước quốc tế mà Việt Nam là thành viên. Danh mục này được công bố trên Cổng thông tin quốc gia về đầu tư nước ngoài từ ngày 27/12/2015.
