- Đến năm 1987, công ty Lương thực thành phố thành lập Xí nghiệp chế biến lương thực, thực phẩm mì ăn liền Colusa. Đến năm 2004, Tổng công ty lương thực Miền Nam quyết định hợp nhất Xí nghiệp lương thực thực phẩm Colusa và Xí nghiệp lương thực thực phẩm Miliket (thành lập năm 1983), tạo nên thương hiệu Colusa – Miliket như ngày nay. Đến 2006, công ty chuyển đổi sang mô hình công ty cổ phần và hoạt động cho đến nay.
