5.2 Thời điểm giao hàng: Bên A phải giao hàng theo ngày và thời điểm đã xác nhận theo Đơn đặt hàng. Bên A có nghĩa vụ thông báo và đặt chỗ giao hàng với kho của Bên B (trường hợp giao hàng tại kho) ít nhất 01 ngày làm việc trước ngày giao hàng. Việc giao hàng sớm hoặc chậm hơn ngày và/hoặc thời điểm giao hàng đã xác nhận hoặc giao hàng từng phần chỉ được thực hiện khi có sự đồng ý trước bằng văn bản của Bên B. Bên B không có nghĩa vụ phải chấp thuận ngày và/hoặc thời điểm giao hàng khác với ngày và thời điểm đã xác nhận theo quy định tại Hợp đồng này.
