Phụ trách phòng ATCL đã trình bày nội dung báo cáo an toàn và công tác quản lý lao động hàng hải của Công ty 6 tháng đầu năm 2016, các thành viên trong ban soát xét thảo luận, phát biểu ý kiến đóng góp bổ sung. Kết thúc buổi họp các thành viên đã thống nhất một số nội dung như sau:
1. Hệ thống quản lý ATCLSKMT và công tác quản lý lao động hàng hải được triển khai tại Công ty phù hợp, thỏa đáng và có hiệu lực theo yêu cầu của Bộ luật ISM, tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, MLC 2006;
2. Các chính sách hiện hành tiếp tục có hiệu lực, mục tiêu ATCLSKMT ban hành ngày 15/6/2016 đã nhất quán với chính sách và tiếp tục được duy trì;
3. Nguồn lực của Công ty là phù hợp, đáp ứng được yêu cầu của công việc chưa cần thiết phải bổ sung thêm nguồn lực;
4. Công ty vừa thực hiện chỉnh sửa cập nhật HTQL vào ngày 15/6/2016, hiện chưa có nhu cầu thay đổi với HTQL.
Ngoài ra, các thành viên cũng thống nhất triển khai thực hiện một số hành động như dưới đây:
