A. ĐẶT VẤN ĐỀ
Nhằm bắt kịp xu thế hội nhập toàn cầu, ngành giáo dục Việt Nam hiện nay đã và đang ngày một hội nhập cùng Thế giới. Chính vì thế tầm quan trọng của giáo dục Việt nam hiện nay là đào tạo ra những con người có thể bắt kịp những xu thế hội nhập toàn cầu. Ngoại ngữ nói chung và Tiếng Anh nói riêng là công cụ đắc lực cho quá trình hội nhập. Nhiều công ty nước ngoài đã đầu tư vào Việt Nam, số người nước ngoài đến du lịch và làm việc tại Việt Nam ngày càng nhiều. Bên cạnh đó thì số học sinh Việt Nam đi du học nước ngoài cũng tăng một cách đáng kể. Tuy nhiên, đa số du học sinh Việt Nam gặp rất nhiều khó khăn trong việc học tập và sinh hoạt ở nước ngoài do vốn ngoại ngữ, đặc biệt là Tiếng Anh còn rất hạn chế.
Việc cải thiện phương pháp dạy học theo hướng tích cực, phát huy tính chủ động sáng tạo và năng lực của học sinh là giải pháp cơ bản để nâng cao giáo dục. Chính vì vậy Bộ giáo dục và đào tạo đang tập chung đổi mới chương trình dạy và học Tiếng Anh. Bên cạnh việc nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ giáo viên giảng dạy, việc thiết kế chương trình giảng dạy cũng phải phù hợp cho từng đối tượng học sinh của từng bậc học. Song các vấn đề đưa ra còn mang nặng lý thuyết chung chung và tập chung phần lớn ở các cấp học cao. Để trẻ học tốt môn Tiếng Anh và quan trọng là vận dụng được để trẻ phát triển khả năng giao tiếp Tiếng Anh tốt trong các cấp học sau này .Trong những năm gần đây một số trường cũng đã sử dụng bộ sách của Bộ Giáo dục và đào tạo để vừa phù hợp với khả năng thu nhập kinh tế của từng vùng và vừa phù hợp với trình độ tiếp thu của trẻ.
Trong việc dạy Tiếng Anh, giúp học sinh học từ, nhớ từ là một hoạt động dạy không thể thiếu trong một tiết học nào. Việc học từ và nhớ từ không chỉ đơn thuần là việc giúp học sinh nhớ nghĩa của từ mà còn là việc giúp các em nghe từ, phát âm từ một cách chính xác và áp dụng trong giao tiếp bằng Tiếng Anh. Vì vậy , việc tìm ra những cách thức giúp các em học từ và nhớ từ lâu là nhiệm vụ của mỗi giáo viên với mục đích giúp học sinh hiểu từ, sử dụng được từ vào trong câu theo từng ngữ cảnh và nhớ được từ lâu.
Đó chính là lí do tôi chọn đề tài “Sử dụng một số “mẹo” ghi nhớ từ vựng để giúp học sinh lớp 5A trường tiểu học Vĩnh Hùng nâng cao chất lượng học môn Tiếng Anh” để thực hiện trong năm học 2014 - 2015.

Foreign languages in General and the English in particular is the effective tool for the process of integration. Many foreign companies have invested in Vietnam, the number of foreigners coming to travel and work in Vietnam increasing. Besides the Vietnam students go to study abroad also increased significantly. However, the majority of students to Vietnam to meet many difficulties in studying and living abroad due to which foreign languages, especially English is also very limited. Improving teaching methods according to the positive direction, promoting the initiative and innovative capacity of the students is a basic solution to improve education. Therefore, the Ministry of education and training are joint innovation program of teaching and learning English. Besides improving the quality of teaching staff, the design of the curriculum also must match for each student object of each school. Song the issues raised also carries heavy general theory and joint majority in the high school level. To learn good English and is important to apply to the child develop good English communication skills in the later levels. In recent years, some schools have also used the policy of the Ministry of education and training to just match the earning capacity of each region and economic medium fits child's income level.In teaching English, helping students learn from memory, from a teaching of a class. Learning from and remember from not merely helping students remember the meaning of the word but also helping the children hear words, pronounced correctly and applied in communicating in English. So, finding out ways to help the children learn from and remember from long ago is the duty of every teacher with the aim to help students understand the word, used in contextual sentences and remember from long ago. That's why I choose the subject "use some" tips "to remember vocabulary to help students in the class 5A school Vinh hung, improving the quality of study English" to perform in the 2014-2015 school year.

In teaching English, helping students learn from, from an active mind can not teach lacking in a certain class.
