10.4 Bất kỳ sự tranh chấp nào phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng này, trước tiên phải được giải quyết thông qua thương lượng giữa hai bên. Nếu việc thương lượng không đem lại kết quả thì tranh chấp sẽ được chuyển cho Toà án có thẩm quyền giải quyết theo pháp luật Việt Nam. Quyết định của toà án là cuối cùng và bắt buộc đối với cả hai bên. Bên thua kiện sẽ phải chịu toàn bộ chi phí cho việc giải quyết tranh chấp.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

10.4 any dispute arising during the execution of this contract, must first be resolved through negotiations between the two sides. If the negotiations do not bring results, then the dispute shall be referred to the court having jurisdiction according to the law of Vietnam. The decision of the Court is final and obligatory for both parties. The party lost the event will incur the full cost for the resolution of disputes.

The losing party will bear the entire cost of dispute resolution.
