Tháng 8 vừa qua tại OQC -POC phát sinh 8 lỗi NG mà hiện tại chỉ nhận được 3 lỗi tìm ra nguyên nhân và có biện pháp cải thiện chất lượng . NGoài ra 5 lỗi phát sinh chưa có đối sách cải tiến nào.
Vì vậy bộ phận chất lượng yêu cầu : Bộ phận phân tích gửi lại đối sách cải tiến cho 5 lỗi trên

Last August at 8 OQC -POC arising NG errors that currently only get 3 error to find the cause and take measures to improve quality. Also 5 errors generated no improvement policy response.
So the quality required parts: Parts resubmit analysis for improvement of the 5 errors on
