Nếu Nhà thầu không thông báo về khiếu nại, trong vòng 28 ngày đó thì Thời hạn hoàn thành sẽ không được gia hạn, và Nhà thầu sẽ không được thanh toán thêm khoản nào trong khiếu nại đó, và Chủ đầu tư không phải chịu mọi trách nhiệm về khiếu nại đó. Nếu Nhà thầu có thông báo về khiếu nại trong vòng 28 ngày thì các nội dung sau trong Điều này sẽ được áp dụng
