Được sự hướng dẫn nhiệt tình của cô giáo Trần Thị Phương Thảo - trường ĐH Kinh Tế& QTKD Thái Nguyên, cùng sự giúp đỡ của cán bộ công nhân viên công ty cổ phần Đầu Tư và Thương Mại TNG, em đã có 4 tuần thực tế tại công ty. Trong 4 tuần thực tế tại đây đã giúp em có một cái nhìn đầy đủ và toàn diện hơn về vai trò và tầm quan trọng của quản trị trong doanh nghiệp đồng thời vận dụng một cách cụ thể hơn những kiến thức đã học vào trong điều kiện thực tế. Quá trình thực tế cũng giúp em hiểu được quá trình sản xuất thực tế và các lĩnh vực quản lý hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh cơ bản trong công ty.
