Tôi là Phạm Việt Tiến kỹ sư trắc đạc (survey engineer) dự án Vinhomes Central Park. Do tính chất và tiến độ dự án rất quan trọng đối với công ty artelia của chúng ta nên công việc của 1 kỹ sư trắc đạc như tôi rất nhiều, bên cạnh đó vì muốn hoàn thành tốt công việc được giao nên đó cũng là một áp lực với tôi. Nhưng cơ bản lương của tôi hiện nay theo tôi thấy là vẫn thấp so với khối lượng công việc tôi đang phụ trách. Vì thế tôi kính mong được công ty xem xét tăng lương để khích lệ tinh thần làm việc và đó chính là sự quan tâm kịp thời của lãnh đạo dự án nói riêng và công ty nói chung cho bản thân tôi.
