- Nhân viên lễ tân có trách nhiệm yêu cầu khách vào công ty phải mang thẻ Visitor’s Card và ngồi chờ tại khu vực lễ tân. Trường hợp khách quá đông, hoặc theo yêu cầu của ban Tổng giám đốc/Hội đồng quản trị, nhân viên lễ tân có thể mời khách ngồi tại phòng họp.
- Khách của phòng nào, đại diện phòng có trách nhiệm ra đón tiếp và mời khách vào phòng họp làm việc (nếu thấy cần thiết).
- Trường hợp nhân viên lễ tân đang chuẩn bị phòng họp, chuẩn bị trà nước cho ban Tổng giám đốc/Hội đồng quản trị phải rời khỏi bàn lễ tân, nhân viên lễ tân có thể yêu cầu nhân viên hành chính khác hoặc bất kỳ nhân viên nào thuộc phòng Hành chính tổng hợp hỗ trợ.
