- Bật nút on/off về vị trí ON: Mở n

- Bật nút on/off về vị trí ON: Mở nguồn điện.
- Đặt ống đựng mẫu vào vị trí ống ly tâm theo tính đối xứng cân bằng.
- Chỉnh tốc độ quay và thời gian quay.
- Đậy nắp máy ly tâm.
- Ấn nút START.
- Khi máy quay xong dừng hẳn sẽ nghe tiếng bip lúc đó mới mở nắp máy ly tâm.
- Nếu máy đang quay muốn dừng lại nhấn nút STOP.
