Trường hợp khách hàng có yêu cầu điều chỉnh hợp đồng trong thời gian cân nhắc liên quan đến: định kỳ nộp phí; số tiền bảo hiểm; thời hạn bảo hiểm; sản phẩm bổ trợ;… sẽ thực hiện yêu cầu hủy hợp đồng và chuyển phí bảo hiểm đã nộp sang Hồ sơ yêu cầu bảo hiểm mới.
